Utah Concealed Firearm Permit class on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Daybreak Community Center in South Jordan. Class will begin at 10:00 AM and end at 2:00 PM.
This fun, educational class will certify you to apply for the Utah Concealed Firearm Permit. You will gain in-depth knowledge of federal firearm law, state firearm law, traveling with a firearm, laws relating to use of force, handgun operation, firearm safety, carry methods, permit application and renewal processes, and more! There will also be a brief presentation from our partner, U.S. LawShield.
Your instructor, Dustin Winegar, brings 18 years of experience and has provided professional, reliable instruction to more than 30,000 students nationwide. Dustin is fully credentialed and insured.
The necessary paperwork to apply for your permit will be provided and you will receive the state-required fingerprints and passport photo at no additional charge.
After completing this class, you will have 1 year to apply for the permit. The state of Utah will charge an application fee of $52. ($87 for non-residents.)
A ticket to this class may not be refunded, but may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
